Friendly (20 March 2014)
Hi boys and girls,
Great job earlier for the friendly. Playing against floorballers that are much taller, stronger and also older than you, all of you still put up a strong fight against them.
You can see the improvements yourselves after each time you step into the court. From being very scared and nervous to more confident and playing 10 times better. No need to worry about the scoreline. Like I said, playing against better players makes you better too.

Friendly (18 March 2014)
Hi boys and girls,
For those who took part in the friendly just now, good job and there is room for improvements on the performance just now. Don't need to worry about winning or losing by how much, it is just for all of you to have fun and play against other schools.
Definitely a good experience for all of you and I hope all of you can carry on working hard and train hard. At least most of you understand what you should do as a defenders and a forwards. This is the most important part of the holiday trainings.

Training (10 March 2014)
Hi boys and girls,
I am glad to see some of you making improvement in your shooting. Some of you can't even bringing the ball up at the start of the training. Then after correcting your mistakes, you are able to shoot properly by the end of the training. Then some of you from can't shoot the ball properly at the start, and you are able to make a hard shot at the end of the training, which is really good and I am impressed.
I am proud of all of you and hope all of you carry on to work hard.

Training (5 March 2014)
Hi boys and girls,
Great training earlier on. 2nd day of learning drag shot and some of you are starting to master the skills already, which is very good. I hope all of you are enjoying the sports.
I have chosen about 20 boys and 20 girls for the holiday training. Those who didn't get chosen, please don't be upset or angry with yourself. It is just that some other people are just abit more ready than you. This is only to take part in holiday training . And please be reminded those selected are not confirmed a school team player. So all of you please train hard and work towards the school team which I will choose few weeks before the tournament starts.
A lot of you are getting your own individual sticks which is very good. I have given those who bought the sticks a ball each. Please train hard at home and do not lose the ball.
See you next Monday!

Training (3 March 2014)
Hi boys and girls,
Please remember the steps for doing a proper drag shot.
1. Ball near back feet. Use the middle blade. Keep the blade close to the ball.
2. Add abit of pressure on the ground
3. Start from closed blade till the middle of the legs open the blade.
4. Transfer the weight on both feets to the front feet when doing the follow through movement.
Some of you are not able to get the ball up to the air yet. Don't be sad or angry. Practice a few more times and once you get it right a few times, you will be able to do it properly next time. For those who can do a proper drag shot, work on your aiming next training. If you are unsure about anything, feel free to ask me during trainings.
