Training (4 June 2014)

Hi boys and girls,

Well done for the training earlier. Most of you are able to do a proper lift pass now, which is very good. Also please remember your roles when doing free hit when attacking and defending. There is still few things we will learn during last week of June. Please practice hard and don't get yourself hurt. Rest well too.
