Great job yesterday. All of you please remember the free hit and corners that we have learnt. It is very important during the games. There will be one last training on sat before your tournament. Hope all of you will be able to come down. During this period, please don't run around too much and get yourself injured. Don't eat too much junk food, spicy food and drink milk products during game day.
For the matches, please bring the following:
1) Jerseys
2) Shorts
3) Socks
4) Court Shoes
5) Water bottle
6) Sticks
Without any of the following, you won't get to play.
